Your 1st coaching session is 60 minutes. You will book via calendy at a time that is convenient. Upon booking, you will receive an email that includes a coaching agreement to outline what you can expect from me. It will also include an intake form that will help me get to know you and what you’re seeking in our work together. Our session can be telephonic or video.
